The conference full registration fee includes light breakfast, luncheons, refreshments, conference dinner, workshops, industrial presentation and one copy of the proceedings and conference kits.

Note:

The student rate is only applicable if the first author is a student.

The "One day attendee" does not apply to the 1st Author, neither the Co-Authors. "One day attendee" registration is for attendees who are not submitting papers***.

A Co-Author cannot and should not register as an "Accompanying person (without kit)". An "Accompanying person" does not submit or be part of the Co-Authors of a paper.

Participants are attndees who do not submit or present papers.

Methods of payment

All major credit cards will be accepted for conference registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

If the registered participants cancel their registration, they can do so by selecting the option cancellation in the registration system. There will be an administrative charge of £60.00 for each cancellation.

Note:

No registration fee will be refunded after the reviewers' feedback has been sent to authors and/or co-authors.

No cancellation will be allowed after the 1st of March 2011.
